The GGC 2026 Land Acquisition Fund is a structured, member-powered capital pool created to continuously identify and secure high-potential land opportunities throughout the 2026 cycle.

Unlike single-project campaigns, this fund operates as a flexible acquisition vehicle, allowing the club to move quickly on vetted deals as they arise, from emerging residential layouts to strategically located expansion corridors.

All opportunities under this fund are:

• Internally sourced and vetted
• Negotiated for below-market entry
• Structured for collective ownership
• Managed under full transparency

How It Works

Members contribute into the fund over the defined period. Capital is then deployed in phases into land assets that meet the club’s criteria for:

• Location growth potential
• Infrastructure proximity
• Title security
• Resale or development viability

Each acquisition made under this fund is:

• Logged and communicated to members
• Allocated proportionally based on contribution
• Tracked as part of the member’s overall holdings

Ownership & Participation

• Contributions are cumulative and determine each member’s percentage stake in the fund.
• Members can contribute multiple times within the funding window.
• All ownership records remain visible and updated within the dashboard.

Exit & Strategy

The fund allows for flexible exit pathways depending on market conditions and member decisions, including:
