These opportunities may include crypto pools, real estate projects, startup equity, and more. We do not guarantee fixed returns and all contributions are treated as member participation, not financial investments.

2. Membership & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
By signing up, you agree to provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Contributions are linked to your account, and multiple contributions can be made across different pools.
Members may not open more than one account using the same email address.

3. Contributions

All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (e.g. Paystack).
Contributions are considered voluntary and pooled collectively toward vetted opportunities.
A management fee (e.g. 10%) is deducted before funds are allocated.
No refunds are issued after a contribution is confirmed.
Performance updates and portfolio insights are accessible via your dashboard.

4. Profit Distribution

Profits, if any, are distributed by majority voting of members.
There is no promise of ROI or guaranteed payout.
Voting and updates are conducted through member communication channels (e.g. website, email, WhatsApp, Telegram).

5. Content & Information

All content on this site is for informational purposes only.
We are not financial advisors, and nothing on this site should be considered financial advice.
Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before contributing.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform or interfere with its operation
Share misleading, false, or fraudulent information
Attempt to access or manipulate other users’ data
Use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

7. Intellectual Property
