The GGC Land Banking Project is a private, club-managed property acquisition designed to convert collective capital into tangible land assets with strong appreciation potential.

This project focuses on Signature Estate Phase 5, located at Ogbeke Nike, Enugu, a fast-developing residential corridor with growing demand and clear development outlook.

Through negotiated bulk purchase, Goalgetters Club secured land at a significantly discounted rate, creating immediate equity upside for members while maintaining long-term flexibility for resale, development, or future reinvestment.

  • Location: Ogbeke Nike, Enugu State

  • Market Price: ₦6,000,000 per plot

  • GGC Acquisition Price: ₦4,000,000 per plot

  • Plots Acquired: 6 plots
